At INDY Sunglasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your sunglasses within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Frames

  Place the sunglasses securely back into their original protective case and microfiber pouch, ensuring they are packed in a sturdy box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
